NEW FORUMS USERS
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
All new Hars that sign up for the forums will have a one month grace period to pay their $5 yearly dues. Payments must be in the form of cash and can be delivered to the person who told you about our site so they can deliver to the treasurer. After paying your dues, send a face picture to the webmaster to be added to the "meet the hars link". Your account will be suspended in one month if the $5 is not received.

When signing up for the forums, your user name MUST be your firstname (space) lastname
(i.e. harry smith) and MUST accompany a valid e-mail address to verify who you are as many spam accounts attempt to sign on.
All those who do not comply with the above instructions will be declined from accessing the forums.
