THURSDAY HAPPY HOUR AT BARNABY'S OF ASTON

Thursday, June 8, 2006 - Har (John M.) organized a happy hour tonight on the deck of Barnaby's. Fifteen Hars arrived and were treated very well by our lovely bartender Andy. Thanks also goes out to Frank for the clams and garlic bread. Pat Mylett, fresh off his one month suspension, re-joined the Hars tonight for the 1st time since the 1st ever Harry suspension (more details available on the forums). Har (George G.) joined the Hars for some fun but then suddenly left at 1am for an unknown reason. One Har (who will remain nameless) spilled jäger on the floor, it just came right out of his mouth without any notice. Har (Jack) was able to clean it up rather quickly though. WE HATE WASTING Jäger and apologize to the folks at Barnaby's for this tragic incident. Also tonight, Officer Harry (Gary) realized he is a "Gar". Fun times as always.
All Hars made it home safely after the dancing, which lasted until 2am. AND, the best news of the night came when Harry (Pat M.) promised the Hars he will plan a pool party this Summer, more details to be posted soon.

HERE IS ANDY THE BARTENDER'S SCHEDULE: Tues / Thurs / Fri 4pm-close. Sat 6pm-close

This was our bartender Andy. She has BIG cans

Hey Matt, another shot o' ger?

"CABREWING" WEEKEND
Saturday-Sunday, June 3-4, 2006 - A fun weekend was had this past weekend which was organized by Harriette (Beth). Many of the original and hard core, dedicated Hars got together for several different events.
PHASE ONE-WHITE WATER RAFTING

The gang went to River Country for some thrilling time on the Delaware River. Due to the severe storms on Friday, tubing was cancelled so we were forced into the raft. This was a blast. Matt fell out of the raft three times. Well, I should be honest, he fell out twice and Beth pushed him out once. He was successfully resuscitated each time and recovered well. The group got some good sun in as well.

PHASE TWO-HOTEL HANG OUT/MCGILLANS PUB

After rafting, the Hars headed to the Residence Inn @ the Marriott in Center City for the night. We hung out in the room compliments of John Betzal for a few hours partaking in some cool libations. We then ventured out to McGillan's Pub for some grub and more libations. Matt took part in more than just libations. He got jiggy with some total stranger (of the same sex) to the tune of N Sync. He then needed to make up for his gay-esque dance and made nice with some girl. It was great to have a few surprise guests this evening also. First, Pat Treude showed up. Then, Bridget McCoy arrived. Finally, Terry and Tony McGough appeared and all hung out with us for most of the night. As you can tell by the pics, the Yohar flags are in and this was the very first event for them to be on display.

PHASE THREE-DORNEY PARK
On Sunday, Hars Mikell, Jen, Scott, Beth and Kevin headed up to the Allentown area and met up with Jen's brothers and their girlfriends for a day at Dorney Park. The weather was cloudy and overcast which worked out great because it wasn't crowded and we didn't have to wait in any lines. Only half of the group was brave enough to go on the wet rides.

Those that got wet! (Not that wet, Allan)
LARRY HARRY GETS MARRIED
Friday, June 2, 2006 - The Hars would like to congratulate Harry (Larry) and his new wife Rachael. The couple were married in an awesome ceremony at the Desmond Hotel tonight. Enjoy your honeymoon in the Carribean!

The Hars (Chris, Jen & Jack) along with Har (Lar - aka tissue guy) representing the Hars

MEMORIAL DAY BASH

Sunday, May 28, 2006 - The Hars gathered at HQs today for Jack's annual Memorial Day Bash. Approximately 80 Hars and non-Hars were present for the big party. Burgers, dogs, beer, jäger, beer pong and all the fixin's help this party last till the wee hours of the AM. Luckily there were no grill fires or smoke detector activations. The mailman was curious as to why he found an empty beer can in the mailbox on Tuesday. Fun times as always.
Happy Birthday shout outs go to Hars Franny O'Brien and Ken Hild. Good times.

HARRYBALL
Wednesday, May 24, 2006 - A few of the Harrys and Harriettes have been playing for Riddle Hospital's softball team this spring. Harry (Matt), Harry (Kevin), Harriette (Ang) and Harriette (Jen Jones) play weekly up at Lenni Park off of Lenni Rd. So far the team is 5-1 with a game tonight at 630pm.
Update: Thanks to Jen and Crazy Karen for coming out and supporting Team Harry. We beat Pennell Place 9-6.

Batter Up, Angie!

HARRYS AT HARRY KATS
Friday, May 19, 2006 - Word on the street is that Harry (Moletteri) and Harry (Walsh) had a fun err interesting evening at the namesake of the Harrys, Harry Kats in A-Town. As good friends, they decided to spend some time with Nikki Thomason on the occasion of her 30th Birthday with 72-9's karaoke in the background. Once the music got rockin' some of the Harrys went looking for ladies to dance with and our Harry (Moletteri) had a lovely lady come looking for him. Way to be Harry, once you go black, you never go back (not that its a racial thing)!

I see Harry wedding bells and a new Harriette in our lives. How exciting!!!

HARS GO CAMPING?
Weekend of May 19th-21st, 2006 - A bunch of Hars headed for the Carr SIC casa for the weekend to enjoy some camping. Well two of the Hars actually camped, the others just drank. We did however sit around the fire pit for a while and roasted marshmallows and made smores. The Hars hung out til the wee hours of the morning. We networked with some new Harrys (Brian and Brett) who the Carr's know from the shore as kids. We played flip cup and beer pong in their garage. Some how Harry (Kevin) didn't quite make it home to #24 65th St. and ended up spending the night at #26 65th St. He was found the next morning by Harry (Matt) and brought home. Harriette (Emily) was quite relieved that he didn't "drowned" in the ocean. The hars went to Dock Mike's for breakfast on Sunday morning and watched, a still intoxicated Harry (Matt), be his usual self. Hopefully everyone had a great time and we look forward to spending more time at the Carr house that is quickly becoming just a memory...

A LITTLE HARRY TONK BADONKADONK

Wednesday, May 10, 2006 - May 11, 2006 (AP) - Harry (Matt) and Harry (MJ) escorted a few hot chicks (we like their bangs) to the Trace Adkins/Gretchen Wilson concert tonight. All in all it was a pretty low key evening but it was good to be under the stars at the Tweeter Center for the first time of the season. The recap of the night was this: eat and have a couple beers at MJ and Jen's, drive down 95 and enjoy the bumpy ride, arrive at parking lot, try to use nasty porta-potties to no avail, have hot dog vendor take our picture, get stopped by three different ushers trying to say we can't bring our chairs in (we did get them in!), concert starts, people go to pee, someone hits on Jen Jones, we almost get in a fight, girls try to instigate another fight with the same people, concert almost over, girls try to instigate another fight with the SAME people, AGAIN, concert over, everyone breaks up a fight that broke out next to us but we weren't involved in for a change. Good times Hars!

UNDERCOVER BROTHER

Wednesday, May 10, 2006 - Harry (Mikell) Jones snuck into Flashover Taverns tonight to spy on the "Yo Bobs". Luckily, nobody recognized him and he was able to mix in with the Bob's and provide us with the following information:

1 - The Bobs drink miller light instead of natty ice
2 - The Bobs do shots of Jack Daniel's instead of shots of jäger

3 - There was no beer pong / flip cup table
4 - There was no streaking

A full detailed report will be available at the next Harry meeting for all the Hars to review.

FIRST HARRY SEA ISLE TRIP OF THE SEASON
Weekend of May 5th-7th, 2006 - 8 Hars made the first Sea Isle trip of the season this weekend (ok, second trip for MJ and Jen (who?) Jones). Each year Casa de Carr needs the seasonal cleaning, water turn ons, inaugural bottle of jäger, first cook out, flower planting, etc. Luckily, Harry (Matt) is fortunate enough to have awesome friends that are willing to come down and help out on this front, with a few "sodas" as payment. Hars Tom and Colleen Ellis, MJ and Jen, Wheeler, Matt, and Steve and Amy made the trip down. In a day and a half we got a lot of stuff done and rest assured the house is ready for the camping trip in under two weeks. Extra big shout out to Harry (Mikell) and Harriette (Jen Jones) for doing an awesome job on all of the windows! All in all, a lot of good work got completed, a lot of food grub was eaten, and a lot of good drinks were imbibed.

Looks slightly more tame than the Phillies game.

Hey Harry Mylett - looks like they have food here.

PHIRST PHILLIES GAME PHOR DA HARS 2006
Friday, May 5, 2006 - Happy Cinco de Mayo everyone. Most of the Hars celebrated in the parking lot of the ball park, hanging with the wonderful staff from BHMS. Here's a brief overview of the night: the tailgate consisted of some good eating and and lots of drinking; Matt needs a new water (or should we say rum) bottle; there was just enough jäger for the crowd but plenty of natty ice and food; one of the Hars tested the stop button on the escalator in the stadium and it works fine; the same Har wanted to play with the security guards portable radio and was almost sent home early; Philly police wanted to throw another Har out of the stadium for public drunkenness, but he talked his way out of it; a few Hars decided to take a nap inside the stadium during the game; one Har had an upset stomach, evident by the trail of bodily fluids in the parking lot; the cousins of one of the Hars then decided to fight with the table of people sitting next to us at Chickie and Pete's after the game, Pete politely asked all the Hars to leave (luckily we already ate); OH, AND THE PHILLIES WON. Fun times as always.

INTERNATIONAL NIGHT AT THE BREW PUB
Thursday, May 4, 2006 - The Hars were hanging out with some Brazilians and Costa Ricans tonight at McKenzie's. It was Harry International Night so Harriette (Jen) invited adults from her ESL class to join the Harry's for some food, drink and fun times. The head count for the night was 28 strong, 8 of the foreign folks and the rest were Hars. Seems like the Harry group is getting bigger and bigger every month.

NAPOLEAN DYNAMITE THEME PARTY

Thursday, April 27, 2006 - Hars Scott and Beth hosted a surprise belated theme birthday party for Harry (Jack) tonight in Valley Township. The Hars in attendance were all dressed as a Napoleon Dynamite characters and there was lots of birthday cake to follow the delicious meal. We'll let you guess what movie kept replaying in the background all night as Uncle Rico was trying out his new time machine to go back to the 1980s. Fun times as always. Thanks again Scott and Beth for hosting the fun filled birthday theme party.

COMMODORE HARRY BRIDGE WALK

Sunday, April 30, 2006 - The Harry (Carr) clan was out representing today at the Annual Commodore Barry Bridge 5K/10K Run and 5K Fun Walk. Harry (John) competed in the 10K Run and finished 2nd for his age group, which is the "Old, but not quite in the grave" age group. Harry (Matt), Harriette (Lynn), Lil Harry (J-Fo), and Lil Harriette (Madison) did the 5K Fun Walk which, as troubling as it was psychologically, includes walking from NJ into PA and then having to turn around and walk back into the God forsaken state of NJ. The only saving grace of having to walk back into NJ was knowing that there was food on the NJ side and also that we wouldn't actually have to pay the toll to get into PA. Perhaps next year Harry (Matt) will let the other Hars know this event is taking place so more Hars can attend.

HAPPY WEDDING DAY HARRY (JEFF) KANE
Saturday, April 29, 2006 - Congratulations or should we say "Yo Har" to Harry (Jeffrey) Kane. Harry tied the knot with his beautiful bride, Tracey Dill, today. Don't worry folks, there was plenty of jäger at this after party, which took place at the Aston-Beechwood Fire Co. Banquet Hall. Congratulations Harry and to our newest Harriet. Now that you are married, you probably want to buy a house. Well, look no further. Just read the article below and we'll expect you to move in within the next few weeks.

Mr. and Mrs.

On Sunday, Jeff and Tracey took the kids to the beach and Jeff got to ride the pink elephant.

Tuesday, April 25, 2006 - not only is #28 Penns Ct. for sale (right next store to Harry HQ) but the house at the other end of the group is now for sale too. Thats right folks, #25 Penns Ct. went on the market today. How cool would it be for Harry's to occupy the whole block!!!!! Two end units both for sale sandwiched around Harry (Jack), Harry (Kevin) and Harry (Bob). Come on folks, somone can afford to buy them!!!

ALLAN'S HAPPY HOUR

Friday, April 21, 2006 - The Hars and Gars gathered again tonight at Allan's house in Exton for yet another successful happy hour turned party. Bill Holmes displayed his new campaign signs and Hars MJ and Jen made the trip from Sea Isle NJ to join the festivities. Body shots, karaoke and plenty of jäger (or was that pepsi) were on tap. Hey Beth, how ya feeling? Fun times as always.

God Bless America......

"CHEEZE"

Look out Scott, Allan's moving in on your turf

How do you crush a Pickle?

"The" Webmaster for Yohar.com, Harry, has felt the need to comment on the above story regarding Allan's Happy Hour. You'll notice above the author, Harry, points out there was plenty of jäger. I feel this is a blatant lie. We ran out of jäger early. I will admit that a good amount was consumed, but to say there was plenty is a stretch of the truth. It is unwritten Harry ettiquette, that you should always have enough jäger on hand for the entire party. There is no excuse for running out. The Happy Hour was just the beginning. After a stay at Barnaby's for a few drinks, many Hars gathered back at HQ for a few more drinks and flip cup. Now, mind you, we're at HQ, which means headquarters, as in Harry HQ. After being deprived of jäger in the final hours of happy hour, we were all in need of some clunk-a-liters. Too bad, Harry Headquarters was unprepared for the party and had absolutely zero bottles of jäger. A full investigation is being launched to find out who is dropping the ball on the most important beverage of the Harrys!

1ST ANNUAL YOHAR EASTER EGG HUNT

Saturday, April 15, 2006 - Hars Emily and Cake successfully organized the 1st ever Yohar! Easter egg hunt today. Approx. 50 children and adults gathered at the Strickler crib in Middletown Twp. on this gorgeous Saturday afternoon. Kids of all ages searched high and low for the eggs and candy scattered around the yard. The grown ups enjoyed all of the delicious food that everyone prepared. Harry (Matt) tried to play the single father angle as well carrying his godson Brendan around all day. Overall the event was an overwhelming success. Hope to see everyone next year. Happy Easter to all the Harry's!!!!!

SOME HARS TRY OUT JAMAICA MON

Thursday, April 13, 2006 - Hars Scott, Beth, Jack, Mike and Clair all met up in Jamaica for a few nights this week for some wet and wild Caribbean fun. We had no idea the Hars were so popular in Greensboro N.C. but low and behold, we found two of them in "Jamaica mon". Thanks for wearing your "yo har" t-shirts and carrying the "yo har" beer cozies Mike and Clair. We were able to find you "no problem mon". FUN TIMES, as always. Har Emily wants to plan another trip there next year, plus a trip to Canada in the fall, Camping at the beach this summer, visit to the Dominican Republic around Christmas etc etc....

Hars Mike and Clair (left) had no idea Hars Scott, Beth and Jack (right) were going to Jamaica, good thing they were proudly wearing their "yo har" apparel. Next time we'll plan better on the forums.

MCKENZIE'S THURSDAYS

Thursday, March 30, 2006 - While it doesn't have a cool name like "Frisbee Friday" or Saucer Saturday", McKenzie's Thursdays are becoming vastly popular amongst the hars. A group of 8 enjoyed dinner this past Thursday then a few stayed for drinks (and the usual bad karaoke)! We also sang happy birthday to Harry (Joe W.) who turned 22 earlier in the week. If you're interested in coming with us, check the FORUMS to see when the next outing is.

MOVING ON UP

Saturday, April 1, 2006 - Hars Bubba and Queeny and Mike and Sarah made settlement on their new homes this past week and have started the fix it up / moving process. The new Aston residents will be making many trips to the depot over the next few months in preparation of their respective Harry Housewarming BBQ's. Congrats to the newest Harry A-Town residents.

SPRING FLING - HARS IN ATTENDANCE
Saturday, March 25, 2006 - The 9th annual Spring Fling was held tonight at St. Joe's Church. Over 200 Hars and non-Hars were present for this always fun and ever popular event. The final count is not yet in but I would guess the Knights of Columbus brought in between $5K and $7K in profits for Colleen's memorial scholarship. Thanks to all the Hars that donated to this event. Fun times.

WEDDING BELLS FOR HARRY (Mike) AND HARRIETTE (Jen)

Saturday, March 18, 2006 - Many of the Hars were on hand to witness Mikell Paul Jones and Jennifer Christine Ellis exchange their wedding vows at St. Joseph's Church in A-town today. Many of Mikell's groomsmen met at HQ to help him get ready for his big day and then headed off to St. Joe's where they met up with the rest of the men. The girls all gathered at the Cashel Ct. pad and beautified themselves. The wedding ceremony was short and sweet but very beautiful. After the ceremony, most of the Harry's and our closest 50 friends gathered at HQ for the in-between party. All in attendance had a few drinks and snacked on some great appetizers. We all posed on the front lawn so our neighbor Judy could take our picture (w/ 8 cameras). We were then off to the reception at the DuPont Country Club. The reception party was a blast, great food, great drink and great friends. We danced all night long and shared some memories. Many of the hars longed for Jaeger, but no one brought a bottle with them. Hars Ang and Matt caught the bouquet and garder respectively. Olivia Carr danced all night long and then wanted to go back to the party on Sunday morning. Following the reception some of the Hars headed off to the Hotel DuPont while others headed off to Barnaby's (where else do the Harry's go following a Harry event?) Mikell if you read this: Jackie B. said congrats!!!! A big welcome back to America to Harry (Sui) who will be spending the week in Aston.

HARRY (TONY) HAS BEEN SHOT

Sunday, March 12, 2006 - A shout out to Tony Soprano who was shot by the dude from the Great Adventure commercial last night. The Hars are pulling for you every step of the way Tony. Eight Hars gathered at HQs tonight to watch the season premiere of the Soprano's. It was upsetting when Tony called 911 after being shot and the phone rang four, yep that's right, four times. Harry (MJ) was fired from the 911 center so we can't blame him. Supervisor Harry (Pat M.) will investigate this situation further and rest assure, someone will be fired, if not whacked for snoozing on the job. You hold our deepest respect and gratitude Tony, we hope you are okay.

SLUMBER PARTY FOR THE HARRIETTES

Saturday, March 11, 2006 - Beth Graham hosted SLUMBERPARTIES by Diane at her home in Valley Township. There will definitely be some happy Harrys and Harriettes out there after the record spending at the party. Lotions, potions, and lots of
commotions, good times as always. Pickles, how do you get your cookies moist and wet?

WELCOME TO BARS

Friday, March 10, 2006 - Harry (John M.) will be 21 in one more week but his friends and family gathered at his house tonight and surprised him with a party. The Hars would like to thank the Moletteri's for welcoming us into their home for the party. Maybe someday the same invite will be extended to the Hars by the Mylett family?

Hey Joan Ward, welcome to YO HAR DOT COM

BIG HAR CROWD AT MCKENZIES

Thursday, March 9, 2006 - 15 plus Hars met up at McKenzies tonight to listen to horrible karaoke (except for that one old guy) and throw a few back in celebration of MJs 25th b-day.

This is us
We think Matt has the hots for Jackie (but she's married)

CORPORAL JOE "COP" CARR

Monday, March 6, 2006–Congratulations to Harry Joe on his promotion to the rank of Corporal with the Upper Uwchlan Township Police Department this evening. Joe has been on the force for about 9 years and also serves as the President of his FOP union.

ABFC BANQUET
Saturday, February 25, 2006Aston-Beechwood Fire Co. held it's annual banquet on Saturday. The after party took the HARs and most of the rest of crowd to headquarters until 4am. Between the banquet and the after party, there were typical Harry happenings that took place: keg stands, dancing, jäger shots, streaking etc. Fun times as always.

Good job hiding the baby Jen,
in case you didn't know, it's in her belly!

ROUND TWO

Friday, February 24, 2006 - Some Hars celebrated part II of Harry Mike Jone’s bachelor party tonight as the Harriet’s went downtown w/ the bachleorette. The bar hop took us from Hooters(1) to Fire Waters(2) to Barnaby's(3). Good times as always.

Harry's at Hooters, even Harry Larry was there

Despite the firing,
Ed Beebe still made an appearance at Barnaby's

A-TOWNS GRAVITATIONAL PULL IN SERVICE AGAIN

Sunday, February 19, 2006– The subtle gravitational pull Aston propels to folks who move out of the township has worked yet again. Bubba is moving back to A-town. This time he is bringing his wife Melissa. Their new home is located on Convent Road, not far from Bubba’s parents’ house and Aston-Beechwood Fire Company. Word on the street is Bubba already has gear and a portable for station 72. They plan to make settlement by the end of March. CONGRATULATIONS Bubba and Queeny.

YOHAR FORUMS

Monday, February 13, 2006The Yohar.com forums are up and running. Click the link above to get to them. You need to register before you can post. The Yahoo Groups message board will be deleted this week so start using the forums on here from now on. It's one stop shopping, no need to go anywhere else to talk to the Harry's.

BACHELOR(ETTE) PARTIES

Saturday, February 11, 2006-The bachelor and bachelorette parties were held this evening for Harry (Mikell) and Harriette (Jen). The guys all headed to Champs at the Concord Mall for dinner then back to Harry HQ on Penns Ct. for the festivities. The girls dined at Hennessey's in A-town then went back to Jen's place for Happy Hour then onto Barnaby's. The two parties (minus the bachelor) then met up at Barnaby's and partied it up for a while. Many people crashed back at MJ & Jen's crib for the night/morning. The big snowfall forced both groups to alter their plans for the evening but all in all everyone had a blast. Good luck Mike and Jen and we'll see you in the parking lot of the DuPont Country Club on March 18th, but don't worry, we will keep a Natty cold for ya's.

"TAKE CARE JILL"...

Friday, February 3, 2006 -...was a classic line in the movie "When a Stranger Calls". It definitely didn't match up against the original but the Hars had fun going out tonight. Afterwards, the group headed two doors down to Kildares. Welcome Julia to your 1st Harry event. Check this site often for more fun Har gatherings.
Hars Bubba and Tommy G. were present for Wing Bowl early this morning but since the webmaster Hars missed it, we don't know what else to write about the event.

Tailgating in the Granite Run Mall parking lot

LAS VEGAS, PART DEUX

January 21-28, 2006 - Harry's Adam and Tracy Micun, Kevin and Vinnie partied it up in Las Vegas this past week (at various times) as part of the Harrys Go To Vegas trips this month. Wednesday was deemed to be "Yo Har Night" and the trio wore all of our best Yo Har gear. We got many inquiries about the shirts and beer cozies throughout the night and most thought it was pretty cool. One poker dealer (Lynn) took particular interest and promised to check out our website. There is always one non-believer who thinks differently of us, we tried spreading the Harry message but she just said we're "stupid," little does she know. The gang had a great time during our stay. Vinnie and Kevin also rented some Harleys and rode up to Hoover Dam on Thursday. The ride was awesome and luckily the weather cooperated for us.

The
